I ventured out to snap some photos-it was pretty slippery! My poor, poor trees...we just had them planted this fall-remember? I tried to shake some of the ice off the branches, but all that resulted was a raining of little twigs. Any ideas?

I LOVE that first image! How perfectly formed the ice is around the branch. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteBlow Dryer? Just kidding. Thanks for sharing the ice photos, they are beautiful. We had an ice storm in early October, the boys and I all a flutter at the beauty and wonder, and then, snap snap snap break crash, and the joy was tainted. Praying for your little trees. :)
ReplyDeletebeautiful shot.
ReplyDeleteWe've lost a ton of branches, one of them significant. Our saplings are bowed to the ground! Here's hope this weekend's warm up with give these trees a much needed break!
Glad to see you linked up! :)
M is getting so big!
Oh I hate ice storms, but it sure makes for stunning photos!
ReplyDeleteWOW amazing pictures! We had 2 big ice storms like that here a few years ago....
ReplyDeleteReminds me of when I lived in OH. UGH! Nice shots though!
ReplyDeleteSo now the ice is gone...ready for the rain?!
ReplyDeleteIt is SO pretty. Who would ever know that something so lovely to look at would be so treacherous to walk upon! I love your images of your icy day!
