Today is the day....Michael's 1st birthday!
This seems like such a momentous day. I don't even know what to say except for the normal cliches like time flies so fast and they only stay little for so long. They are funny because they are so true.
The day Michael was born was a changing point in our lives. What would we do without him? He brings so much joy to many people, especially us.
I miss the days when he was so tiny and needed me for everything. I felt like there were days where I would just hold him all day...and now he rarely wants to snuggle.
Michael was such a happy little baby!
Now he is turning into a mischievous, on the go toddler. Yes, toddler. He is learning so much every day and it is amazing. He has added a few things to his "tricks"- lifting his arms to show how big he is, blowing kisses, and waving. He is a fast learner!
Oh Michael, where has the time gone? I hope the next year is just as crazy of a ride as the last one! We love you!
happy birthday to sweet michael! i can just smell the Johnson & Johnson baby lotion in those newborn photos :) you are so correct -- time moves so quickly and you wonder how it's possible to put so much love into one place!
