Hey, everyone. It's Friday again already? It seems like this week went fast. Here's what I've been up to:
- Cyclones lost their big 12 tournament game last night. It went late and did not end well. Add to this our little boy who did not want to go to bed and was up crying for hours and it was a bad evening all around at our house.
-Michael is sick today with puffy red eyes. Is it part of a cold or pinkeye? I'm hoping it resolves itself soon before we burn through our entire collection of Disney blu-rays.
- I finally finished my Game of Thrones book (yay!) and Hunger Games book 1 and I'm on to book 2. I think I will finish it this weekend and I'm super excited for the movie to open. I even picked up the special "collector's issue" People of the Hunger Games....which was a mistake, so don't buy it even if you are tempted in the grocery checkout line. I'm pretty sure all the pictures are online. I just saved you 6 bucks!
- Sunny afternoons have been calling us outside and operation spring clean-up is in full force. I have a few bulbs popping up, but I'm afraid the squirrels got most of them over the winter. I'm seeing lots of other signs of spring out there and it is getting me excited for my big plans this season.
- I got my hair colored. It looks like this:
Still blonde, just a bit darker. I'm trying to embrace the fact I am almost 30....
