Today I am 26 weeks pregnant!
Also...less than 100 days left being pregnant! :o)
I have been enjoying the cooler weather this week after the tropical weather last week. I've actually gone outside and gotten work done in the yard! The front bed is officially done, now I just need to update with some pictures! I've also been doing lots of watering and weeding although Scott informed me last month's water bill jumped from $40 to $90! Eek! What can I say? My plant babies need water to grow!
I am still feeling pretty good, although today at my regular doctor I got my blood pressure checked and the nurse goes, "oh my goodness, that is higher than we want to see!!" And I was shocked, it has never been high and I was just at the OB last week. So she took it again-still high, and then got another cuff and took it again-and then normal. Whew! I was freaked out for about 5 minutes when she left to the room while I googled "high blood pressure and pregnancy" on my iphone. At any rate, I'm glad everything is okay. Hopefully it stays that way!
Last night my mom shared with me that everyone of my brothers and sisters were born at least 10 days overdue. She said my due date was in October and my birthday is November 10th! What?? I hope this is not a trend! At any rate, she said she couldn't forsee me having the baby early. Why did this come up? I'm trying to get tickets for Wicked, but it is here right before and after my due date. She advised me to get tickets beforehand, which I think is a smart idea to do. I have no idea how I will feel after I have the baby, and who knows if it will take a bottle for someone else, and even being gone for about 3 or 4 hours is a long time. So, advice well taken. :o)
